Challenge

This was the second time we were called by Dr. Taylor's team to address a foundation issue.  Initially, we waterproofed their conference room that had sustained severe water damage due to a leaking foundation wall.

PIERING:  The building pillar had settled approximately 2-3/4" and caused severe settling on the stairs, front entry way and side handicap wheelchair approach.  

POLY-LEVELING:  The concrete slab had settled approximately 1/4" on the front entryway and toward the side of the handicap wheelchair approach.  

Solution

PIERING:  We installed two helical piers to raise the pillars and restore the integrity of the structure. 

POLY-LEVELING:  The concrete slab was raised with approximately 283 pounds of PolyLEVEL material; restoring the main porch, ramp and  steps to their original integrity.
