Sunken Garage in Herriman

Challenge

The garage floor had sunk in the middle about one inch. The sinking also caused 2 different spots to crack.

Solution

Using our PolyLevel System we injected polymer foam through 5/8 inch injection ports and into the concrete. This process is quickly lifted the concrete back to its original level. It is a cost-effective solution, and the concrete can be driven on after 15 minutes. We also offer a 3 year warranty on this product, so if it sinks more thank 1/4 of an inch, we'll come back and fix it.
