Partnering for Good
We believe being part of a community is more than having a business in a certain zip code. At Davenport Foundation Repair, we believe in giving back. Over the years we have been involved in projects for many great causes and we are happy to be involved in another great event.
“Painting for the Pantries” will be a fun night to get together paint and to provide kids in our community with a strong foundation. Did you know that over 1,700 needy children in Jordan District receive food weekly, and on weekend from their school's Principal Pantry and over 400 students use the Principal's Pantry on a daily basis? Principal's Pantries provide food and necessities for hungry children in Jordan District who would otherwise go without due to personal, family, and financial circumstances. Jordan Education Foundation, a nonprofit 501c3 charity is dedicated to supporting the success and well-being of students in our district and raise funds each year to stock the Principal Pantries.

We have partnered with the West Jordan Women in Business, That Paint Thing, the Jordan Education Foundation and other local sponsors to create an event where 100% of the proceeds earned at the event will support the Principal Pantries in the schools throughout Jordan School District.
The event will be held at Jordan Hills Elementary located at 8892 So. 4800 W. in West Jordan, UT. Tickets are available at www.thatpaintthing.net and are $50 per person. Each registration includes paint supplies for one guest, entry for two guests and one dinner. The additional guest is welcome to help paint, or just socialize. Additional dinners can be purchased for $10 per person the night of the event. In addition, desserts from local bakers such as Nothing Bundt Cakes will be available to purchase for $5 and will include raffle tickets. Generous companies from our community have donated a variety of gift certificates and baskets that we will raffle off at the end of our event.
