Redefining the Industry

Recently the owners of Davenport Foundation Repair, Ron and Carrie, along with our production manager Josh were able to attend the Supportworks Redefine Conference in Omaha, Nebraska where they were inspired, educated, and recognized for their hard work in providing quality service to our customers. Keynote speaker Scott Burrows, former kickboxing champion who was left paralyzed after an accident, encouraged attendees to change their mindset, seek out growth, and keep a global perspective while embraceing diversity.

Everyone came away with so much great information and training from Redefine 2018. But what does that mean for our business and most of all for you, our customers?

New Products for Expanded Services

At Redefine, Supportworks rolled out some new products that will allow Davenport to expand our available services and also be more efficient when providing some of existing services. One of the newest products we are excited to offer is SealantPro, a concrete protection product that will protect your driveway from flaking and pitting. Improved Customer Service

Supportworks has rolled out new trainings for everyone in the business, from the front office, to sales, to our production crews. As we begin our individual trainings incorporating their new training systems, everyone on the Davenport team will be better able to meet the needs of our customers. Our focus has always been and will continue to be the satisfaction and peace of mind of every person who reaches out to our business. We are excited to take our level of service to the next level. We will also be incorporating some new tech tools to help us meet those goals and serve you better.
