One of the things that sets Davenport Foundation Repair apart from the competition is our team of highly trained Foundation Specialists. We already believe our specialists are the best around, but we are always looking to improve. Customer satisfaction is the top priority at Davenport and our specialists are an important part of the process. When hired, they receive intensive training so they can provide the highest level of customer service, properly assess the problems of each individual homeowner, and educate homeowners on the options available. But it doesn't stop there.
Last week our project manager Josh Shaw and specialists David Kerlin, Roland Thompson, and Colton Sandoval headed to Omaha, Nebraska to receive additional training and education at Supportworks headquarters. Not only did they come back with a lot of great information that will help them meet client needs, but they were also able to meet other dealers within the network and learn how they are handling challenges faced within the foundation repair industry as well.
We love being a part of a dealer network that provides so much assistance to our company, as well as opportunities for growth, education, and collaboration so we can better meet the needs of our customers throughout Utah. We are excited to take everything that was learned at Supportworks and get out there and make a difference for our clients in 2019.
