Doorway view
Water would collect at the bottom of the doorway, and would not drain. Water would seep inside the house.
Upper Perspective of yard
We installed a Trench Drain near the door, and sump pump with a drainage line to divert the water around the wall and away from the door.
Sunken Slab
The soil has washed out from under this stamped concrete slab causing it to drop. We used our PolyLevel foam to lift it back to level.
