Fast, Effective Concrete Leveling & Repair

Concrete used for walkways and driveways looks great when it's new but over time the concrete slab will eventually start to shift as the ground does. The result can look disastrous and can create a dangerous tripping hazards as well. This far cry from the originally smoothly poured concrete often leads to frustration and a hopeless feeling. If you have had a similar experience with your home know that you’re not alone and that you are in the right place! Davenport Foundation Repair has dedicated teams of knowledgeable and experienced professionals that use our patented leveling product simply known as PolyLevel®. This revolutionary concrete lifting & leveling product is capable of lifting, leveling and stabilizing concrete slab in an extremely efficient and cost-effective way. The process for concrete lifting and leveling begins by drilling a few small holes in the slab and then pouring the PolyLevel polymer into the hole. The polymer will mix and expand beneath the slab, raising it to the desired height and stabilizing it in the process. PolyLevel only takes about 15 minutes to dry and the product is environmentally friendly.

Davenport Foundation Repair also provides concrete sealing services. Our SealantPro system seals in quality and protects against damage for 3 x 5 times longer than other concrete sealants. To learn more about our concrete lifting and leveling solutions call or click today!

This homeowner called us from American Fork, UT. She was concerned about the cracks in her garage's brick wall. Step-like cracks in between bricks are one of the top signs of a failing foundation. We sent out a specialist to assess the problem

We suggested installing on of our Push Pier systems. Push Piers are installed under the home to help the distribution of weight in your home's foundation. Using 10 Push Piers, we were able to stabilize this garage and foundation.

Another happy customer at Davenport Foundation Repair!

Job Stories From American Fork, UT
Push Piers and Poly American Fork, Utah

Don J. called us because he noticed several cracks in the foundation of his garage, a large horizontal crack in the concrete under the brick of the home, and stair step cracks in the brick of the home. A Davenport Foundation Repair Foundation Specialist was able to determine the home had settled, and we installed 10 Push Piers around the garage. When soils are unable to bear the load of the structure on top of it, that structure will sink downwards into the ground. Piers can solve settlement problems by transferring a structure's weight to strong, competent supporting soils at greater depth. Piers can effectively stabilize a settling structure and can even provide jacking points to lift the structure upwards to its original, level position. The piers at this location went into the ground 70-73 feet into the soils below.

In addition to piering the home, we were able to level and stabilize their front walkway with our innovative PolyLevel foam. This home’s walkway was sunk several inches causing tripping hazards. In the past, mud jacking was the best way to fix sinking concrete stairs, driveways, sidewalks, etc. However, mud jacking didn't completely solve the problem, which is why Davenport Foundation Repair uses PolyLevel® to fix this issue. It cures in 15 minutes, making the driveway or sidewalk usable quickly; it’s lightweight at 2 pounds per cubic foot; and the holes required to pump the foam into the concrete are the size of a dime, making them nearly unnoticeable upon the repair’s completion.

Don was another happy Davenport customer and told us, “[Foundation Specialist] Dave Kerlin was very personable, extremely knowledgeable and helpful when conducting a detailed site visit. He provided me the opportunity to visit a home where a crew was in process of lifting a large porch foundation several inches. Watching this process helped alleviate any fears and concerns with the lifting/pier process. Dave came to our home after the lifting process was completed to ensure our complete satisfaction.”

After heavy rains yesterday at our townhome I decided to check out crawl space since our area is prone to flooding and I saw standing water in our crawl space.

I have some concrete that is sinking and it is starting to become uneven, and a potential tripping hazard in the front walkway to the front door. We also have some steps int the backyard that are starting to sink as well.

We're likely going to be selling our home within the year. We live in a home that has seen some settling over the last 5 years. I'd like to know if the settling we're seeing is a problem and if it is how much it would cost to repair (aka how much the future buyer would take off of the offer price). Please coordinate with me on this via email.
Project Location: American Fork, UT
Our cold storage room sits right under our front porch. We've two spots in the cold storage where we are getting constant water leaking, just small amounts of water seeping through. The water does not seep through unless there has been rain or snow, and the soil outside the foundation is wet.

We have a leak in our basement caused by a crack in our foundation. I have opened the wall and would love to have someone come give me a quote.
Project Location: American Fork, UT
The beginning of my driveway has sunk and water floods into my yard when it rains. I'd like to see if it's possible to raise up via your method or if I need to get a quote to have it re-poured. I prefer your method if possible.
Project Location: American Fork, UT
Wanting to seal up my crawl space, right now it's just dirt and I believe has some mold growing on it.
Project Location: American Fork, UT
I'm in the process of purchasing a house and would like to get a quote for a small foundation repair. The affected area is about 4x5ft and right next to the crawl space entrance. Let me know when and how much it would cost to get someone out to check it out. Thank you!

Lifting the driveway and sidewalk
Project Location: American Fork, UT
First we would like to get our crawl space encapsulated. It covers half of the house which is about 600 sq feet. It's probably 2ish feet tall. Secondly, we would like to seal part of the foundation from the outside as this is an older house and hasn't ever been sealed. When we purchased the place it was found that 2 of the walls were soaking from water damage and the previous owners ripped out the wall and put vapor barrier in, but we'd like to make sure it stays dry by sealing those walls from the outside.
Project Location: American Fork, UT
We'd like to get your assessment / opinion on the condition of our corner foundation of our home. Thanks!
Project Location: American Fork, UT
Fluid had leaked up through a specific spot in the basement and I feel like it might be foundation related.
Project Location: American Fork, UT
On the inside of my house there is a space between the wood floor and the baseboard. I'm wondering if the foundation has sunk? On the outside of the house in the same area, there is damaged wood. (I'm not talking about wood shingle siding). I think there should be a concrete foundation in that area. I'm wondering if I need to be concerned about my foundation or not.

Basement has shown some evidence of moisture in one corner. This has been some time ago. It is a cinder block wall.
