Davenport Foundation Repair was fortunate to be part of GE Health Care's Community Service Project. We provided PolyLevel and lifted several areas of sunken concrete to repair sidewalks and play areas at the SL Youth Center. Children once again have safe play areas and safe sidewalks. Davenport Foundation Repair is proud to be a part of the community and enjoys supporting wonderful non-profits in our area.

This is one of several projects we have participated in over the years. We are excited to announce that we are starting a new Corporate Citizen Program in 2017, aimed at helping a variety of local non-profits.

Spencer Q. called us when his garage floor had sunk an inch, and he noticed a few cracks in the floor. Concrete settlement is common and causes issues due to issues such as settling soils and water erosion. Using our PolyLevel System we drilled 5/8 of an inch holes in several spots in the middle of garage, where the sinking had occurred. After inserting injection ports, PolyLevel polymer foam was pumped into the concrete. After the garage floor was brought back to level, the holes were grouted and sealed, and restored.

The great advantage to our PolyLevel System is that you can drive on it 15 minutes after the process is complete. It also has a 3 year warranty

A customer in South Jordan called us to help with water leaking into their unfinished cold storage area. Our crew was able to install WaterGuard along the wall and then add CleanSpace behind the water main to create a dry environment for our customer.

Kathy was referred to Davenport Foundation Repair for settling concrete issues she was having at her home in Salt Lake City. There were several areas around her house including the back patio and front walkway that were sinking. Concrete can settle over time due to voids below the surface, sometimes caused by erosion or just unstable soil. This can lead to trip hazards and it just looks unsightly. 

We lifted all the areas of concern back to their original position with our PloyLevel product and restored the beauty and integrity of the concrete.

Christina from Salt Lake City, UT. Found us online and reached out right away because of some issues in her crawlspace that involved some structural concerns. Our team of service professionals made sure to address all issues as well as any potential problems for the future. 

We got to work and wrapped the spot footings. Then laid down drain matting before encapsulating the walls and floor with CleanSpace product. Once that was in place, we added some supplemental beams and 14 Smart Jacks to secure the space and the floors above. Now Christina has a safe, clean, and dry space beneath her home.

Burgess had a water infiltration problem in one area of his basement and knew just who to call since we had done work for him in the past. Davenport Foundation Repair to the rescue. 

After sending out one of our design techs to assess and discuss a course of action, we got to work trenching out a small area for the WaterGuard system that will divert any water to the SuperSump that drains it out of his basement. To make sure he has no trouble in the cold weather, we installed an IceGuard on the end of the drainage outside.
