Even though this customer had an existing sump pump in their basement they were still finding two areas in their finished basement that had water issues. They contacted Davenport Foundation Repair and our crews went out and installed WaterGuard, CleanSpace, and a drywell to give the client a dry basement space.

We suggested PolyLevel, a foam injection that goes beneath the concrete and expands to raise it to its original position. Using our amazing PolyLevel Injection Foam, we were able to lift two slabs of concrete back to level, creating a safe area for our customer.
We installed 14 push piers at this structure in Midvale, Utah. There was a severe separation between some of the walls around the structure. The wall and roofline also had a separation. Our crew worked three days pushing piers up to 20 feet into the soils below to achieve stability.

We installed 14 piers on the interior of the building to lift and stabilize a sinking foundation. Our crew excavated the foundation footer and partially removed it to install the pier in the proper position. Once the piers were in place, the building was lifted back to stability and gaps in the brick of the stair step cracks closed.
